This application consists of a small window that comprises its function in two tabs. The video cutter has a video preview window which, although not playing the video itself, can be used to define the segment you want to extract, specifying the start and end times. There are two methods of selecting video cuts from: Direct Cut processes video faster but only works with a number of formats, while indirectly Cut supports all file types but takes more time to complete. Using Direct Cut, you can also choose output format (MP4, AVI, FLV, WMV, MOV, MKV), and adjust the video and audio settings of the output file. With Video Joiner you will be able to combine two or more videos with different extensions into one with the format of your choice, which can be MP4, AVI, 3GP, FLV, WMV, SWF, ASF, MPG, etc. Through the Settings button you can modify parameters such as quality Video, size, and frame level. Despite some flaws (no built-in video player, the windows are too small), this is a simple and quick solution for cutting and joining videos. It is stable, works very well, and supports the most popular video formats.
